This has been a very unusual time as trials have been continued or are going forward with unusual precautions. This panel explores some of the new procedures that are being used to conduct bench and jury trials including use of videoconferencing at trial. This panel also explores issues of the pandemic and economic stress as important trial themes and how to examine jurors during voir dire to explore any possible negative impact these times might have on your jurors.
