A conversation on creative ways to use discovery to unravel the defense case and strengthen your own. This panel discusses strategies to optimize your discovery at every stage of a disability discrimination case, from pre-litigation (including key questions to ask and documents to obtain) to litigation (including issues unique to disability discrimination cases, deposing doctors and other experts), and trial prep (including using discovery to debunk disability misperceptions, creating trial themes, and combating defenses).
