A collaborative discussion of the CELA’s Sex/Gender/Sexual Orientation Bias Survey results and takeaways, as well as the recent examples relating to the bias in judiciary and emerging compliance efforts by California courts to address this issue, bias in the legal profession among the judiciary and the most recent initiatives by the courts and CELA to respond.
