The panel will discuss COVID-related wage and hour issues, including new laws and new applications of traditional wage and hour law to remote work (such as expense reimbursement, meal and rest break issues, and more), how to enforce earned paid sick leave rights despite the lack of an explicit private right of action, and hazard premium pay for essential workers.  Cases are being litigated in all of these areas, with more expected in the years to come.
