Substance Abuse and Mental Health: Coping Strategies In a Time of Anxiety and Isolation

Summary

The incidence of substance abuse and mental health issues is greater for attorneys than it is for most other professions. In these isolating times, healthy coping strategies are at a premium. CELA members will share glimpses of their recovery and how they have not only survived but thrived despite these challenges.
