Summary

Please note that we experienced some technical difficulties with the audio on this webinar. The speakers are clear and audible but there is a slight buzzing noise that is in the recording that we unfortunately cannot remove.

When representing public employees, practitioners must be familiar with administrative exhaustion (seeking relief through an administrative proceeding before pursuing a claim in court) and judicial exhaustion (getting an adverse administrative decision set aside before filing a civil action). The panelists will review these doctrines, which continue to develop through statutes and case law. Participants will come away with a solid understanding of how these doctrines affect public employees’ cases.
