This webinar addresses ethical issues in PAGA actions, including litigation, settlement, overlapping claims, and reverse auctions, featuring an LWDA attorney, a mediator, and plaintiffs’ counsel.

CELA is an approved State Bar of California MCLE provider, #2292. This webinar will qualify for a minimum of 1.25 hours Ethics credit.

This seminar is exclusively for attorneys representing workers. Admission requirements apply to CELA Associate members and non-CELA members. (Full-time attorney mediators/arbitrators, law school professors, and law students excluded).
