Summary

The California Employment Lawyers Association's Wage & Hour Committee presents our video archive of the 2025 Annual Advanced Wage & Hour Seminar. This high‐quality bundle will help plaintiffs’ attorneys stay abreast of this rapidly evolving practice area. In addition to an annual case law update and legislative review, panels will feature a deep dive into Federal Arbitration Act preemption and strategies for navigating the California Arbitration Act, as well as a discussion on the current and future state of mass arbitration, including strategies for litigating multiple arbitration claims. Other topics will cover penalty provisions that may surprise you, when and how to plead them, and strategies for proving penalties, including addressing challenges like Naranjo 2.
