The California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA) is a statewide organization of more than 1,300 California attorneys who devote the major portion of their practices to representing employees. Our members work on both individual employment cases and class-action lawsuits, including cases involving unpaid wages, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and whistleblowing.
We also provide timely news regarding California legislation, regulations and court decisions that affect employee rights.
