The roundtable will address strategies for opposing motions to compel arbitration of PAGA claims, how courts are handling employer requests to stay PAGA claims pending individual arbitration, what an individual PAGA arbitration looks like, and recent appellate court rulings and trial court orders illustrating how courts are dealing with PAGA in the aftermath of Viking River Cruises and Adolph v Uber.
