Currently, the Loews Coronado Bay Resort is sold out on Thursday and Friday (Nov. 7-8). 
Check out other Coronado/Imperial Beach hotels. A few options within 6 miles of Loews Coronado: Pier South Resort, Autograph Collection, Imperial Beach (5 miles from Loews); Hampton Inn & Suites Imperial Beach (4 miles from Loews); or El Cordova Hotel, Coronado (5.6 miles from Loews).

Registration Deadlines

Online registration for in-person and virtual attendance ends at 11:00am PST on Wednesday, November 6, 2024. Thereafter, walk-in registration at the Loews Coronado will begin on Thursday, November 7, 2024 at 10:30am in the Lobby Atrium. Walk-in registrations will require extra processing time. Please plan to wait.  NO 1-DAY OR PARTIAL REGISTRATIONS AVAILABLE. 

Virtual Attendees

Selected sessions will be live-streamed (see Agenda).  All sessions will be recorded and available for viewing at a later date. No virtual registrations accepted after 11:00am PST on 11/6/24.

Conference Admission Requirements for CELA Associate Members and Non-CELA Members

The conference is exclusively for attorneys representing workers. You MUST complete the declaration to attend the conference. Full-time attorney mediators/arbitrators, law school professors, law students, and paralegals, are exempt. Virtual attendance not available for non-CELA members.

• Registration Changes: The deadline to make any changes to registration type (in-person to virtual or vice-versa) is Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at 11:00am PST. Any changes to registration type from October 31 to November 6 will incur a $100 administrative fee per change.
• Attendee Substitutions: All attendee substitutions must be cleared/approved through the CELA administrative office first. Contact info@cela.org. No attendee substitution requests will be approved after Thursday, October 31, 2024  Additional registration fees may apply.
• There are no 1-day or partial registrations available.
