Our Mentor Committee is brining back that concept with an event focused on written meet and confer. Featured speakers Darci Burrell, Kevin Gilliland, and Brandon Ortiz along with members of the Mentor Committee will discuss what effective meet and confer communications should/should not look like, how to set up effective motions to compel, what discovery battles to fight, and what battles are less important.
