This Webinar will cover issues impacting essential workers, many of whom are immigrant workers, during the pandemic. Topics will include:


(1) Employee rights to leave due to Covid exposure, illness, and need to care for minor children when school or daycare is closed;
(2) Employee rights to PPE;
(3) What protections and benefits are undocumented workers excluded from?
(4) What rights do workers have if they contract Covid at work and suffer serious illness?
(5) Protections against discrimination and retaliation for contracting Covid;
(6) Vaccines.
