Summary

Our distinguished panel, including a jury consultant and trial attorneys, will discuss strategies for using Trump's discriminatory rhetoric and company rollbacks on EEO policies as part of a broader legal strategy to juries to understand systemic bias. The panelists will further discuss strategies for requesting punitive damages when companies fail to take corrective action to prevent and stop workplace discrimination, including scaling back DEI policies. The discussion will include these topics and how to structure case themes and arguments when litigating discrimination cases in the second Trump era.

This webinar will qualify for 1.25 hours Recognition and Elimination of Bias MCLE credit. CELA is a State Bar of California approved MCLE provider, #2292.
