Summary

This session will educate attendees about joint prosecution agreements, including the scenarios that may require these agreements, what terms the agreements should include, and the practical ramifications of joint prosecution agreements in employment cases involving multiple plaintiffs and/or multiple co-counsel. This session will also cover ethical considerations at all stages of a case governed by joint prosecution agreements.
