This seminar will cover investigative best practices, effective discovery requests and pre-mediation strategies, client and witness communication, using your mediator, and setting your cases up to hedge against the dirty tricks. Participants will leave with checklists, model discovery language, and tactical tips for protecting clients’ claims and maximizing recovery.
