Summary

"Dirty Tricks by the Defense and How to Deal with Them" arms CELA lawyers with practical strategies to anticipate, identify, and neutralize common defense dirty tricks - from misclassification to limiting class scope, picking off named parties and/or Pick Up Stix campaigns, mediation bait and switch, arbitration agreements, discovery abuses, and more! This seminar will cover investigative best practices, effective discovery requests and pre-mediation strategies, client and witness communication, using your mediator, and setting your cases up to hedge against the dirty tricks.
