This panel focuses on the actions you MUST take after being compelled to arbitration.  It provides an overview of the preliminary status conference, how to prepare for it, and the questions you must ask to avoid hidden landmines.

It will also address the differences in service providers and their rules, how to navigate limitations in discovery, obtaining subpoenas, and action you can take to obtain attorneys’ fees and costs.
