Summary

This panel addresses the similarities and differences between evidentiary hearings and trials.  Adapting to these differences leads to better advocacy and success in convincing the arbitrator to give your client the requested relief.

This seminar discusses the importance of demonstrating integrity, providing cogent explanations of the law, and rebutting opposing counsel’s case.  It will cover briefings, time allocation, presentation of witnesses, demonstratives, and appropriate but powerful opening and closing arguments.
