Summary

This panel will discuss strategies for presenting a strong case for emotional distress damages in arbitration.  The arbitrators on the panel will give insight into what they have seen be successful strategies, and what does not work.  The panel will also discuss the effectiveness of expert witnesses in arbitration as well as methods for quantifying emotional distress in arbitration.  Panelists and moderators will include claimants’ lawyers who have taken cases through arbitration hearing and they will discuss their experiences.
