The purpose of the CELA Women’s Committee is to support, encourage, and champion equal rights and equal treatment of women and female employment lawyers within the legal profession. The Committee will serve the CELA membership by creating a forum for support among female members, providing education related to issues facing women in the profession, and making recommendations to the Board of new resources CELA can provide to its female membership. All CELA regular members are welcome to join the committee.
